  • 2 Tbsp unbleached whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups [12 oz] unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/4 cups [10 oz] grated extra-sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups [~1.5 lbs] cooked chopped chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 6 cups [~2 1/2 lbs] chopped broccoli florest, steamed
